Key Responsibilities
*Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
*Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
*Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
*Supporting credit control and customer account management.
*Assisting with month-end procedures, including journals and reconciliations.
*Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
*Supporting payroll administration where required.
*Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
*Assisting with ad hoc finance and administrative duties.
About You*Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or similar finance role.
*Good understanding of transactional finance processes.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
*Confident user of Microsoft Excel and finance systems.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
