Workshop Recruitment is supporting a successful and growing business in North Baddesley in the search for a proactive Customer Support Advisor to join their customer service team on a fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping customers, resolving enquiries, and delivering a first-class service experience.
The successful Customer Support Advisor will manage customer enquiries across multiple communication channels, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
*Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, text support, social media, and digital ticketing systems
*Deliver accurate and professional solutions to customer queries
*Process returns, exchanges, and customer requests in line with company procedures
*Update and maintain customer records accurately
*Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
*Support continuous improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery
*Ensure all enquiries are managed within agreed service levels
Skills & Knowledge Required
*Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role
*Strong communication skills across multiple channels
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to follow processes accurately and consistently
*Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude
*Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Confident using computer systems and digital platforms
Additional Information
*37.5 hours per week
*Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
*1 in 4 weekends worked from home (with Monday and Tuesday off in lieu)
*You must be able to work one late (2-10) and one early (6-2) shift per month
*Office-based role in North Baddesley
*Free parking, refreshments, and casual dress environment
