If you’re confident carrying out complex fault finding, annual calibrations, LOLER inspections and servicing garage equipment, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role
As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and supporting a wide range of garage equipment across the UK, ensuring customers remain compliant and operational.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Carrying out annual MOT equipment calibrations to DVSA standards.
*Conducting LOLER thorough examinations and inspections on vehicle lifts.
*Servicing, repairing and maintaining two-post, four-post, scissor and ATL vehicle lifts.
*Diagnosing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical faults.
*Repairing brake testers, emissions analysers, headlamp aim testers, play detectors and associated MOT equipment.
*Completing preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs.
*Producing accurate service reports and certification.
*Providing outstanding customer service while representing the company professionally.
*Managing your own diary and regional workload efficiently.
*Supporting and mentoring less experienced engineers where required.
Essential Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who has:
*Significant experience servicing and calibrating MOT testing equipment.
*Proven experience servicing and repairing vehicle lifts.
*Experience carrying out LOLER inspections and producing compliant inspection reports.
*Excellent hydraulic, electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
*The ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
*A professional, customer-focused approach.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*A full UK driving licence.
Desirable*Experience with ATL equipment.
*Experience working on a wide range of garage equipment.
*LOLER inspection qualifications.
*Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading technical work.
