Full job descriptionWe are looking for a Team Leader to support our clients and broking team with day-to-day policy changes.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Insurer Service
*Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers, delivering tailored insurance solutions.

*Ensure all communications are accurately recorded in line with company policies and service standards.

Operational & Compliance Duties
*Complete all assigned processes, including:
*Answering incoming calls from clients and insurers.

*Processing vehicle changes/declarations and driver referrals.

*Issuing documentation, invoices, and refunds.

*Updating the Motor Insurance Database (MID).

*Managing client loans via finance systems.

*Handling queries from clients, insurers, and colleagues.

*Completing Letters of Indemnity and questionnaires.


*Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations at all times.

*Complete in-house training modules and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

Requirements
*Experience in the Commercial Motor insurance market (broker or insurer level) is preferred but not essential

*Experience in a Team Leader role

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Proactive attitude with strong initiative.

*Highly organised with attention to detail.

*Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

*Effective teamworking and collaboration skills.

*Confident in oral and written communication.
