I’m partnering with a highly respected UK investment and wealth management business to appoint an experienced Interim FP&A Manager during a key period of transition. This is an excellent opportunity to join a commercially focused finance team and play a pivotal role in ensuring continuity while supporting the handover from a departing team member and onboarding a new permanent hire.

This is a hands-on FP&A role with significant exposure to senior leadership, where you’ll provide strategic financial insight, support business decision-making and help drive performance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:*Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
*Produce high-quality management information, financial analysis and executive reporting.
*Develop and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
*Business partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation, providing commercial insight and constructive challenge.
*Monitor and report on key business performance metrics, including Assets Under Management (AUM), revenue performance, net flows, profitability and cost drivers.
*Deliver insightful variance analysis and commentary for leadership teams.
*Support Board and Executive reporting with clear, concise financial analysis.
*Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, automation and financial systems.
*Work collaboratively across Finance and the wider business to deliver accurate and meaningful financial information.
About You:

We’re looking for an experienced FP&A professional who combines strong technical capability with excellent commercial acumen.

You’ll ideally have:
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
*Significant experience within FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering.
*Previous experience within wealth management, investment management or financial services.
*Strong understanding of the commercial drivers of a wealth management business, including AUM/FUMA reporting, revenue analysis, asset movements and financial performance metrics.
*Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, including budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning.
*Experience producing strategic management information for senior stakeholders.
*Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
