Morgan Hunt are delighted to support a Public Sector Organisation across the Central Belt as they look to welcome a Procurement Specialist on a full time and permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities*Lead end-to-end procurement projects in compliance with public sector regulations.
*Manage tendering, supplier evaluation, contract award and contract management activities.
*Provide procurement advice and support to stakeholders.
*Build effective stakeholder relationships to deliver value for money and continuous improvement.
*Promote procurement best practice, governance and sustainable outcomes.
Skills & Experience*Experience delivering medium to high-value procurement projects in a regulated environment.
*Strong knowledge of public procurement legislation, governance and compliance.
*Skilled in tender management, supplier evaluation and contract management.
*Experience using e-procurement systems.
*Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, project management and organisational skills.
*Proven ability to influence, manage competing priorities and deliver procurement improvements.
