We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our financial planning team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers by preparing high-quality suitability reports, conducting technical research, and ensuring all advice is compliant and aligned with regulatory standards. Responsibilities:
*Prepare accurate and compliant suitability reports based on adviser recommendations
*Conduct in-depth financial product and fund research
*Analyse client information including income, assets, pensions, investments, and protection needs
*Support advisers in the development of financial planning strategies
*Ensure all advice aligns with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards
*Liaise with advisers and administrators to gather and clarify client information
*Assist in preparing cashflow modelling and financial planning scenarios where required
*Maintain accurate and well-organised client records
*Keep up to date with financial products, legislation, and market changes


Skills & Experience Required:
*Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4)
*Previous experience in a Paraplanning or technical financial services role
*Strong understanding of financial planning products including pensions, investments, and protection
*Experience writing suitability reports
*Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
*Excellent analytical and research skills
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with advisers
