Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a growing financial services business in the Manchester area on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the CCO, you will be responsible for establishing and executing go to market strategies to support the corporate profile and specific propositions through all channels including social media, events and direct. You will also be responsible for developing relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Your duties will include:
*Work with the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive team to develop brand, thought leadership material and market presence.
*Develop activation plans for propositions, campaigns for existing and new products, and delivery of events. For example, working with Head of Real Estate to develop a marketing strategy and with third party agencies to build direct channel.
*Take responsibility for managing all social media platforms and relationships with industry bodies
*Agree and organise key events for business development with targeted return on investment (e.g. leads generated).
*Manage and optimise the Marketing budget to ensure best value.
*Track marketing and company impact using data to analyse effectiveness.
*Establish mechanisms such as Trust Pilot and Surveys to track customer/broker feedback and identify insights to improve.
*Manage the company website, and social media platforms ensuring all content is up to date, there is a healthy flow or case studies, and that the Momenta Finance profile reflects the Vision, Strategy and Values of the business.
*Engage with third parties, including agencies/consultants as required to access additional specialist areas of expertise.
*Ad hoc duties as required
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
*Marketing initiatives activated and associated lead generation
*Budget performance
*Website traffic with quantitative and qualitative measures
*Social Media activity with quantitative and qualitative measures
*Production of content for delivery
*Effectiveness of Stakeholder/Partner relationships.
Key requirements:
*Proven experience in a standalone or broad Marketing Manager role with responsibility for the full marketing mix.
*Experience developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products or services.
*Strong B2B marketing background (financial services, lending, property, fintech or professional services would be advantageous).
*Experience creating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, events and PR.
*Experience managing company websites, content and SEO.
*Demonstrable experience managing social media strategy and growing engagement.
*Experience planning and delivering events with measurable ROI.
*Budget management experience.
*Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and optimise activity.
*Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
Key Skills:
*Strategic thinker with the ability to execute independently.
*Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
*Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
*Commercially minded with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
*Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.
