The RoleAs a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training before taking ownership of your own specialist market.
Working alongside experienced consultants, you’ll learn how to identify exceptional talent, advise clients and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Building relationships with senior professionals and clients
*Identifying and approaching high-quality candidates
*Conducting interviews
*Managing recruitment processes from start to finish

*Developing into a specialist within your chosen market
