Description
The Development Solicitor will be:


*Advising major national and regional house builders, landowners and affordable housing providers.
*Managing a broad range of residential development transactions from instruction through to completion.
*Drafting and negotiating conditional contracts, transfers and option agreements.
*Advising clients on rights of pre emption, collaboration agreements and development agreements.
*Supporting high value residential development and investment projects.
*Building and maintaining strong long term client relationships.
*Assisting senior colleagues on complex and strategically important matters.
*Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and wider team members.
*Delivering commercially focused legal advice to an exceptional client base.
*Contributing to the continued growth and success of the residential development team.


Profile
The Development Solicitor should be:


*A solicitor with approximately 2 to 6 years PQE.
*Experienced in residential development, commercial property or real estate work.
*Confident managing transactions with appropriate supervision.
*Skilled at drafting and negotiating complex property documentation.
*Commercially aware with strong client relationship management skills.
*A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
*Keen to develop a long term career within a leading international law firm.
*Passionate about delivering exceptional client service.


Job Offer
