The role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section while working closely with an experienced Head Chef and kitchen brigade.
You’ll be responsible for:
*Running your section during prep and service
*Preparing fresh dishes using quality ingredients
*Supporting restaurant service and private events
*Maintaining excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards
*Working efficiently as part of a close-knit kitchen team
*Helping deliver consistently high standards across every service
What we’re looking for
*Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
*Fresh food experience in a busy kitchen
*Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
*Good communication and a team-first attitude
*Own transport is essential due to the location
