Our client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency with a strong presence across the region, is looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to lead their Crawley branch.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced lettings professional who’s ready to take the next step into management. You’ll take ownership of your branch’s lettings performance, lead a team, and play a key role in driving new business — all backed by a structured career path, strong earning potential, and genuine investment in your development.
The Role*Take full ownership of your branch’s lettings performance and profitability
*Generate new leads and instructions, driving business development across your patch
*Carry out valuations and list properties, advising landlords on achieving the best rental price
*Lead, coach, and motivate your team through regular one-to-ones and morning meetings
*Work closely with your team to match tenants to the right properties
*Keep on top of local market trends and establish yourself as the go-to expert in your area
*Deliver a consistently excellent standard of service to landlords and tenants
About You*A proven track record in residential lettings, with strong experience converting valuations into successful lets
*Excellent relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in helping people find their next home
*A self-motivated, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
*Driven, passionate, and results-focused
*A full, valid UK driving licence (essential for this role)
Package & Benefits*Basic salary: £30,000
*Realistic total earnings: £55,000–£60,000, with uncapped commission (many earn considerably more)
*Working pattern: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (worked on a 2-on, 1-off rota)
*Car: Company car or car allowance of up to £4,000
