Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join a Financial Planning firm in Cardiff.
Our client is an independent financial planning firm, who specialise in offering advice to clients across Cardiff. As their office and client base continues to grow, they are looking to bring on an Receptionist to join the back office team. There is ample opportunity to progress your career within the industry too, so regardless of what you are looking for, this could be the perfect role for you!
Duties:
*Providing a warm welcome to visitors and clients
*Set up meeting rooms ahead of client meetings
*Manage the telephone calls, post, deliveries etc
*Support with administration duties where required, e.g. filing, scanning, etc.
