Our client is a well-established charitable organisation with strong ties to Israel, seeking a motivated Private Client Solicitor, Probate Executive or Chartered Legal Executive to join its friendly Legacy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Solicitor or experienced Probate Executive to develop their career while managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration matters within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage Probate and Estate Administration matters.
*Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
*Prepare Probate applications and assist with inheritance tax matters.
*Liaise with executors, beneficiaries and professional advisers.
*Deliver a compassionate and professional service to clients.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 years’ PQE), Chartered Legal Executive or Probate Executive.
*Experience in Wills, Probate or Private Client law.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
