Full job descriptionShuttering CarpenterExeter, Devon | £27 -29 per hour (dependant on experience) | 8am - 6pm | Monday-Friday | 3 Months Temporary | Join a commercial construction project in Exeter
IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced formwork supervisor to join a commercial construction site in Exeter. This is a 3 month contract offering the chance to work on high-quality commercial projects.
Key Duties*Construct and install shuttering and formwork systems
*manage gangs of carpenters for large scale foundation works
*Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
*Ensure formwork is safe, secure, and compliant with site requirements
*Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety.
*Follow health and safety procedures and wear full PPE.
Requirements*Proven carpentry experience within the construction industry as a supervisor
*Gold cscs card and SSSTS
*Reliable, consistent, and strong work ethic.
What We Offer*Competitive hourly rate: £27 - 29 per hour (CIS available).
*Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
*PPE and tools provided at site
*Possible long term work available after first phase is complete
