An Interim Reward Manager to:
*Provide reward leadership expertise to support the executive team
*Chair Remco meetings
*Partner with Exco to ensure critical reward activities are delivered
*Provide salary benchmarking and market analysis on executive remuneration
*Lead on pay and grading frameworks, job evaluation and pay gap analysis
*Support with reward strategy development
*Build and develop strong stakeholder relationships
Profile
An Interim Reward Manager with:
*Public sector or not for profit experience desirable
*Experience leading executive reward activity
*Able to start at short notice
