Elevation Recruitment Group’s Skilled Shop Floor Team are delighted to be working with a well-established forge manufacturer in Lincoln to recruit Manufacturing Operatives on a permanent basis.

The RoleAs a Manufacturing Operative, you’ll play a key role in the production process, working safely and efficiently to produce high-quality forged components.
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Operating manufacturing and forging machinery
*Loading and unloading materials safely
*Carrying out visual quality inspections of finished products
*Using hand and power tools where required
*Working to production targets while maintaining quality standards
*Following all Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work
*Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
*Supporting colleagues and assisting with other production duties as required
We’re looking for candidates who have:*Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering, production or heavy industrial environment
*A strong work ethic and positive attitude
*The ability to work in a physically demanding role
*Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
*A flexible approach and willingness to work rotating shifts
*FLT or overhead crane experience would be advantageous but is not essential
Shift PatternWeek 1 - Early Shift
*Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:15pm
*Friday: 6:00am - 1:00pm
Week 2 - Night Shift
*Sunday: 10:15pm - 6:15am
*Monday to Thursday: 10:15pm - 6:15am
Week 3 - Late Shift
*Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
*Friday: 12:45pm - 6:45pm
