Full job descriptionMy client are seeking an experienced PA with strong organisational skills and a stable work history to join their small, friendly & busy team on a permanent basis.
Experience Required:
*Proven experience in a PA or senior administrative role supporting Director or leadership team level.
*Exceptional diary management skills with the ability to handle multiple, competing schedules simultaneously.
*Experience working within a process-driven, quality-accredited or regulated environment — ISO accreditation experience is highly desirable.
*Demonstrable experience in the construction, built environment, engineering or project management sector.
*Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Excellent written English; able to proofread, draft correspondence and produce well-formatted documents to a consistently high standard.
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
*Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and exercise sound judgement without close supervision.
