We’re recruiting a Assistant Manager for a leading fashion retailer in Lakeside. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail leader with a passion for visual merchandising, commercial success and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the leadership team in driving store performance, leading and developing your team and delivering outstanding visual merchandising standards. You’ll play a key role in creating an engaging shopping environment while ensuring commercial targets and KPIs are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, coach and develop a high performing retail team

*Drive sales, productivity and KPI performance

*Deliver exceptional customer service across the store

*Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation

*Support the day to day running of a busy fashion retail store

*Analyse sales performance and identify commercial opportunities

*Manage stock, operations and store standards

*Support recruitment, training and succession planning

About You
We’re looking for an Assistant Manager or experienced retail leader with:
*Previous management experience within fashion retail, footwear, accessories or lifestyle retail

*A strong passion for visual merchandising and an excellent eye for detail

*Proven experience driving sales and delivering KPI performance

*A hands on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams

*Strong commercial awareness and excellent organisational skills

*A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience

Experience working within a fast paced, high volume retail environment is highly desirable.
