Full job descriptionRole: Business Analyst (eDV Cleared)
Location: Cheltenham - hybrid - 1 day on site
Salary: £70-85k/annum + clearance bonus + benefits
Type of role: Full time - Permanent
Clarance level: eDV active mandatory
Responsibilities:
*Define and articulate business problems and shape solution approaches
*Engage stakeholders and translate user needs into clear user stories
*Support delivery teams with prioritisation, MVP definition and scope management
*Contribute to backlog creation alongside Product Owner
*Support testing to ensure solutions meet user and business needs
Skills & Experience:
*Strong Agile experience (Scrum, Lean, Kanban)
*Proven stakeholder management and customer-facing delivery
*Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements
*Background working within cross-functional teams
*Understanding of government transformation strategy and service standards
*(Desirable) API and data mapping experience
