Reed Accountancy are working with a close client of ours who are seeking an experienced legal cashier. Joining a close-knit and friendly firm, this position covers all rounded accounts from moneys in, out, and month-end processes.
Please note that due to the nature of this role, prior experience of working within the finance function of a legal firm will be essential.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Maintaining general accounts
*Performing monthly reconciliations
*Processing quarterly and annual VAT returns
*Performing month-end checks
*Processing payments and banking
*Monitoring moneys in and out
*Performing invoicing and credit control duties
*Liaising with stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in a similar legal cashier role
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
