Starting Salary c£40K + OTE Bonus £15K

Our client is one of the market leaders in the provision of workplace vaccinations in the UK. With a broad range of customers from FTSE to SME they are committed to ensuring that they bring passion and expertise to every organisation they work with, helping them to achieve their health and well-being goals, protect their employees and deliver their duty of care. They are rightly proud of their track record for growth and high level of customers that return to them year on year to deliver vaccination programmes. Current vaccination services include Flu, Pneumonia and Hepatitis B.


With ambitious growth plans they are now expanding and looking for an Account Manager to join the existing office-based team, nurturing and developing relationships with existing customers and helping to drive business growth


Key Responsibilities include;


*Creation and maintenance of an opportunity pipeline ensuring quotations are followed up in a timely manner to secure sale
*Issue renewal quotes in a timely manner to portfolio clients and follow up to secure renewal
*Portfolio growth maximising uptake of vaccines, cross selling and upselling to existing clients were relevant
*Manage portfolio client database and ensure accurate record keeping using CRM (Salesforce).
*Ensure market and product knowledge is maintained (training provided where necessary)
*Achieve KPI’s and actively support marketing campaigns and projects
*Arrange and manage clients workplace vaccination clinics ensuring quality service delivery
*Invoicing clients on completion of service
*Efficiently manage client issues and escalate complaints in accordance with company procedures.

To be considered you will meet the following
*3+ years experience in B2B sales and Account Management
*Experience selling within healthcare sector or to HR Managers an advantage but not essential
*Excellent interpersonal skills (including communication and presentation skills).
*Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
*Ability to work well as part of a team; demonstrate integrity and professionalism.
*Desire to acquire knowledge and learn new skills
