An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful and established estate agency in the heart of Canary Wharf.
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Lister who thrives on winning instructions, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. If you’re commercially driven and enjoy converting valuations into listings, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team with outstanding earning potential.
The Role
As a Sales Lister, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, carrying out market appraisals, securing instructions, and managing vendors throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
*Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
*Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local businesses
*Generating new business through prospecting, canvassing and referrals
*Negotiating offers and progressing sales where required
*Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey
*Working towards and exceeding individual and branch KPIs
*Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
*Representing the business professionally within the local community
About You
*Previous experience as a Sales Lister, Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator
*Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Commercially driven with a passion for delivering results
*Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
*Highly motivated and target driven
*Professional, well-presented and organised
*Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle are essential
