We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join a successful dealership team in Southend.

The Role
*Support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the sales department.
*Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve performance targets.

*Assist with stock management, sales processes, and compliance.

*A minimum of 2 years’ automotive sales management experience.
*A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
*Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*Full, clean UK driving licence.
