Manchester, Hybrid Working
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a New Business-focused Property & Casualty Underwriter to join a well-established and highly respected global insurer in Manchester. This role would suit either an ambitious Underwriter looking to step up or an experienced Senior Underwriter seeking a new challenge. You’ll be responsible for underwriting mid-market Property & Casualty risks, developing strong broker relationships, and driving profitable new business growth across the region.
The Role
*Underwrite a range of mid-market Property & Casualty risks.
*Drive profitable new business growth across the Manchester region.
*Build and develop strong relationships with key broker partners.
*Support regional underwriting strategy and portfolio performance.
Requirements
*Proven Property & Casualty underwriting experience within an insurer or MGA.
*Strong technical underwriting and risk assessment skills.
*Experience developing and managing broker relationships.
*Commercially focused with a strong understanding of profitable growth.
*Ambitious, relationship-driven and keen to develop your career.
