It would favour a strong Finance Manager (part or fully qualified considered) with strong experience of operating within an engineering or manufacturing company.

Your focus will be on...
*Maintaining and developing standard costing model
*Supporting with Budget setting and Forecasting
*Supporting with some overseas accounting matters
*VAT returns
*Calculating and reviewing cost of goods
*Oversight of Payroll
You will be working across a finance team of 5 and you’ll have...
*A strong understanding of accounting matters as a whole
*An ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualification (part-qualified also considered)
*Excellent Excel skills and systems knowledge
*A background working within Manufacturing/ Engineering businesses, which has given you a good background in Inventory accounting and Standard Costing
*Some Payroll knowledge
