An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading and award-winning financial services business as a Mortgage Advisor based in Kent.
If you’re a motivated, customer-focused Mortgage Advisor looking to maximise your earning potential while benefiting from warm leads, full administrative support, and genuine career progression, this could be the perfect opportunity.
The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll work closely with homebuyers, providing expert mortgage and protection advice while building strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to maximise referrals and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
*Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers
*Building long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
*Working closely with estate agency teams to generate warm leads
*Advising on mortgage and protection products to meet customer needs
*Proactively generating new business opportunities
*Managing your pipeline from initial enquiry through to completion
*Maintaining full FCA compliance at all times
*Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets
About You
*CeMAP 1 qualified (or equivalent) as a minimum
*Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage & Protection Advisor
*Strong relationship-building and communication skills
*Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
*Highly motivated and target driven
*Professional, well presented and commercially aware
*Full UK Driving Licence is essential
