Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Executive:

*Maintaining accurate records using CRM and internal systems
*Supporting the team to deliver a smooth, high quality customer experience

Skills & Experience:
*Previous administration or customer service experience
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
*Good communication skills and confidence dealing with people
*Ability to multitask in a busy, fast paced environment
*Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office
