A respected South Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Doncaster. With a strong and loyal client base spanning SMEs, developers, investors and owner managed businesses, this is an opportunity to take on high quality work while playing a key role in the department’s continued expansion.

The Role
You will manage a broad commercial property caseload, including:
*Commercial sales and acquisitions
*Landlord and tenant matters, including lease grants, renewals and assignments
*Property finance and secured lending transactions
*Development work, option agreements and site acquisitions
*Ongoing support for a diverse commercial client base
You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy while working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment that values quality advice and long term client relationships.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property
*Able to confidently manage your own caseload
*Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
*Enjoy building lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts
