A well-established and growing financial services organisation is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join its collaborative team. Operating within a fast-paced lending environment, the business prides itself on delivering excellent service, maintaining strong financial controls, and building trusted partnerships across its network.

Your new role
You will play a key role in supporting daily cash management, funding activity, and financial reconciliations. Working closely with internal finance colleagues and an external broker partner, you will ensure the smooth movement of funds, maintain accurate financial records, and support treasury operations across the business. You will be responsible for month-end as well as reconciling transactions and funding lines, supporting cash forecasting activities and audit requirements. You will also help ensure all treasury processes are completed in line with internal controls and compliance standards.
What you’ll need to succeed
You must be a qualified Accountant and have previous experience in a finance, treasury, accounts, or financial operations role and be comfortable working with high volumes of financial data. Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.

You will also bring:
*Good Excel skills, including the use of formulas and maintaining trackers
*Experience of payments, reconciliations, and cash management processes
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*A proactive and methodical approach to problem-solving
*The ability to work effectively within a small, fast-moving team
