Are you a passionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in primary education?
We are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary schools from EYFS through to KS2, starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy a varied role and are committed to helping children reach their full potential.
The Role
*Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
*Providing both general classroom support and SEN support on a 1:1 basis or within small groups.
*Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
*Supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning and achieve positive outcomes.
*Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
Requirements
*Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare or educational setting.
*Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable.
*A flexible and proactive approach to working across different year groups and school settings.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
