Full job descriptionMarc Daniels are recruiting for a Senior Manager Financial Reporting on behalf of an exciting and growing business within the media sector. Working closely with a dynamic and highly regarded Finance Director, you will play a key role in leading the financial reporting function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls and compliance across the business.

Responsibilities:
*Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes.
*Prepare and review statutory accounts.
*Manage the year-end audit and external auditor relationships.
*Ensure compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP.
*Drive improvements to financial reporting processes and controls.
*Support key business and strategic initiatives.
*Lead and develop a small finance team.
*Partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Requirements:
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification is essential.
You will also have:
*Strong financial reporting and technical accounting experience.
*Experience within a medium to large business environment.
*Previous people management experience.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*A proactive and hands-on approach.
