Full job descriptionMonday to Friday - Office based, 8.30am-5pm.

Your new role
As an Administrator, you will provide vital support to the Executive Support Team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business and contributing to the achievement of key organisational goals. You will assist with executive administration, coordinate meetings and events and help manage office operations across the office, while providing support to the wider offices when required. This is a varied and fast-paced role that offers exposure to a wide range of administrative, organisational, and stakeholder-facing responsibilities.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will either be a recent graduate looking to build a career in administration, executive support, or office management, or an experienced administrator with a strong customer-focused approach. You will possess excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, alongside exceptional interpersonal skills and the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organisational abilities, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will also be adaptable, proactive, diplomatic, and comfortable managing a varied workload while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
