This role oversees the successful introduction and continuous improvement of our IT services across our clubs and central teams. You’ll act as the gatekeeper for service transitions, ensuring new technologies are fully tested, supported, and delivered to a high standard while working closely with Operations, Member Experience, and IT stakeholders.
You’ll support service reviews, supplier performance, training and ongoing optimisation of IT systems to deliver a seamless experience for both members and colleagues.

*Excellent stakeholder management and communication
*Strong analytical, organisational and problem solving skills
