An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading and award-winning financial services business as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor based in Chatham. You’ll receive full support, warm leads and a structured career path while working towards becoming a successful Mortgage Advisor.
The Role
Working alongside experienced advisers and estate agency teams, you’ll build relationships with customers, provide mortgage and protection advice, and help clients secure the right mortgage solution for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
*Providing mortgage and protection advice to customers
*Building relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business
*Working closely with estate agency colleagues to maximise warm leads
*Identifying new business opportunities and proactively generating referrals
*Accessing whole-of-market mortgage products to find the best solutions
*Managing customer cases from enquiry through to completion
*Maintaining FCA compliance and delivering excellent customer service
About You
*Passionate about helping people achieve their homeownership goals
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Self-motivated, driven and target focused
*Professional, organised and customer focused
*Able to work independently and as part of a successful team
*Full UK Driving Licence required (Essential)
*CeMAP qualification or working towards CeMAP is advantageous
