Operations Assistant - South Shields- Managed Services

As an Operations Assistant based in South Shields you will be responsible for:
* Serving customers on the counter and booking tickets onto the system.

* Building rapport with customers & suppliers, responding to any queries whether that is over the phone or email and processing sales.

* General warehouse duties including, goods in & out, filling paperwork, picking and packing customer orders and merchandising.

This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30 with 30min break, no weekend required.
And heres what wed like you to have:
* Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment.

* Previous experience in customer service.

* Experience within industry or with trade would be advantageous.

* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, including the completion of necessary training.
