Michelle Denny Recruitment has been appointed to support a long established South Norfolk law firm with the search for a Private Client Legal Secretary.

This is an opportunity to join a well regarded practice and support a private client team in a role where professionalism, organisation and client care all matter.

The successful person will provide secretarial and administrative support across a range of private client matters, likely to include:
*wills
*probate
*estate administration
*powers of attorney
*other associated private client work
Previous legal secretarial or legal administrative experience is important, and private client experience would be particularly helpful.

The role
*Providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the private client team
*Preparing correspondence, documents and other paperwork as required
*Supporting file opening, file management and general case administration
*Liaising with clients and third parties in a professional and courteous manner
*Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of a busy legal department
What we’re looking for
*Previous legal secretarial or legal administrative experience
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Professional communication skills and a personable approach
*Confidence supporting fee earners and managing a varied workload
*Private client experience would be an advantage
