Wellingborough | Full-Time | September 2026 Start | Up to £130 per day (PAYE)
We are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Wellingborough from September 2026. This is a full-time position for the entire academic year, offering an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in the classroom.

The RoleAs a Primary Cover Supervisor, you will:
*Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 when teachers are absent.
*Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
*Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policies.
*Support pupils to stay focused and complete their learning activities.
*Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and lesson outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate*Experience working with primary-aged children in a school or similar setting.
*Confident leading a class independently.
*Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
*A positive, flexible and proactive attitude.
*An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
What We Offer*Up to £130 per day (PAYE) - no umbrella companies.
*Full-time role for the 2026/27 academic year.
*September 2026 start.
*Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant.
