We are seeking a strong QA Lead (Technical) to define, lead and evolve the quality engineering capability across a complex, AI-enabled platform transformation program for a leading insurance client.

Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Technical Leadership
- Define and implement a modern, automation-first QA strategy aligned to an AI-driven SDLC
- Act as the technical authority for quality engineering
Automation & AI-Driven Testing
- Lead adoption of automation-first testing approaches
- Define AI-driven QA techniques (test generation, regression optimisation)
SDLC & Governance
- Establish strong quality governance and traceability
Platform & Integration Testing
- Own testing strategy across workflow, underwriting, pricing, policy lifecycle
CI/CD & Environments
- Optimise pipelines and enable continuous testing
- Support multiple releases on a frequent basis through automation first approach

Key Technical Skills
- Test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)
- API & microservices testing
- CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Test architecture and strategy
- AI-driven testing exposure (desirable)

- 10+ years QA/Test Engineering
- Proven QA Lead experience
