We’re looking for an organised, compassionate and proactive Exam Access Arrangements Administrator to join our dedicated SEND team and play a vital role in supporting students with additional learning needs, disabilities and barriers to learning.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, thrives in a busy environment, and is passionate about making a real difference to students’ educational journeys.

As our Exam Access Arrangements Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of a process that helps ensure students receive the adjustments and support they need in examinations and assessments.
You’ll:
*Coordinate and manage school evidence requests and student records
*Review and organise sensitive documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
*Support Specialist Assessors and curriculum teams in organising assessments and appointments
*Track students throughout the assessment process, maintaining accurate records across College systems
*Respond to enquiries from students, staff and external stakeholders via email, phone, Teams and in person
*Support the completion of statutory documentation, including JCQ paperwork
*Maintain student files, prepare reports and provide essential administrative support to the wider SEND team
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
*An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
*Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
*Passionate about supporting students and promoting inclusion
*Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
You’ll ideally have experience in a busy administrative or customer-facing environment and be confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience in education, SEND support or student services would be advantageous, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, empathetic and committed to helping students succeed.
We encourage early applications, as we may close the vacancy once we receive a sufficient number of strong applications.
