We’re partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint a Head of Group Reporting into a pivotal role within an international finance team.
This is a newly created opportunity supporting senior the leadership in driving the delivery of high quality financial reporting, providing insight to influence strategic decision-making and implementing process and systems improvement across a complex, multi entity environment.
We are looking for someone who has excellent stakeholder engagement skills, strong financial reporting capability and with a flair for FP&A.
Head of Group Reporting- The Role
*Partner with divisional and group finance teams to analyse performance and provide clear, actionable insights for the SLT
*Contribution to the organisations wider technology roadmap with a focus on supporting the development of consolidation reporting tools
*Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, budgets and strategic plans
*Coordinate reporting cycles, including trading updates and stakeholder deliverables
*Leveraging BI tools to provide analysis to the wider divisional teams
*Support senior management with presentations, analysis and business-critical insights
*Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, systems and tools
Head of Group Reporting- About You
*Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
*Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
*Excellent analytical and data storytelling skills (ideally with BI tools)
*Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment
*Commercially minded with the ability to translate data into insight

*£100,000–£120,000 base salary
