Tiger has partnered with a hugely impressive asset management firm who are seeking a contract Corporate Receptionist to join them!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished, poised, client-services orientated individual with 1+ year of Reception/Admin experience who is seeking an opportunity to join a well-established and reputable firm.
We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering a seamless, high-quality front-of-house experience and who wants to contribute positively to a collaborative office culture.
The role is an ASAP start temp-to-perm role, paying £17-20ph DOE, or £35-40k on the perm side. Based 5 days/week in Marylebone.
What You’ll Do
This role is all encompassing, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Managing the front desk and greeting all guests and visitors
*Answering and routing incoming calls
*Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, and guest logistics
*Handling mail, deliveries, and office supplies
*Supporting internal events and office operations
*Providing backup support to the Office Manager
Who You Are
*1+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
*Professional, personable, and highly organised
*Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office
*Experience in a corporate or financial services environment is a plus!
