Contract: Temporary until November 2026
We are currently recruiting for a Caseworker to join a respected organisation based in Birmingham City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator, investigator, or caseworker who enjoys analysing information, producing high-quality written reports, and managing complex caseloads.
The Role
This is a highly administrative and writing-focused position where you will be responsible for progressing casework efficiently, gathering and reviewing information, and producing clear, evidence-based recommendations.
You will manage your own caseload, ensuring cases are progressed within agreed timescales while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and progress a caseload in line with organisational procedures and deadlines
*Review reports, evidence, and supporting documentation to identify key issues
*Produce clear, concise written summaries, findings, and recommendations
*Draft professional correspondence and liaise with a range of stakeholders
*Gather, analyse, and assess information from multiple sources
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on CRM and case management systems
*Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
*Ensure all casework is completed to a high standard and within required timescales
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
*Previous experience in a casework, investigations, regulatory, compliance, or similar environment
*Excellent written communication skills, with strong report-writing abilities
*Experience summarising complex information clearly and accurately
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to make evidence-based recommendations
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
*The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally
Desirable
*Experience working within a regulatory body or similar organisation
*Previous experience using CRM or case management systems
