You will take responsibility for building relationships with vendors and buyers, carrying out market appraisals, securing new instructions, negotiating sales through to completion and contributing to branch performance.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister:
*Carrying out property valuations and securing new sales instructions
*Generating new business through prospecting, networking and relationship building
*Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to successful completion
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants
*Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process
*Working towards and exceeding individual and branch sales targets
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*A minimum of two years’ experience within residential estate agency sales
*Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer or Lister
*A proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
*Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-focused approach
*Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
*A professional, well-presented and confident manner
*Self-motivated, organised and able to work effectively under pressure
*A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
