Full job descriptionSales Performance ManagerAutomotive OEM | UK Field-Based | Dealer Network & Sales Performance
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Automotive OEM professional to drive sales performance and dealer success across a designated region.
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Performance Manager with a proven background working for an Automotive OEM. This role is responsible for maximising retailer performance, achieving regional sales objectives, and supporting dealer partners to deliver exceptional commercial results and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver and exceed regional sales targets through effective performance management and retailer development.
*Build strong relationships with dealer groups and franchise partners, acting as a trusted commercial advisor.
*Analyse retailer performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to drive growth.
*Execute national sales initiatives and promotional programmes within the assigned territory.
*Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional performance metrics.
*Support dealers in achieving operational, financial, and customer satisfaction objectives.
*Produce accurate reporting and recommendations for senior leadership teams.
*Represent the business professionally across the retailer network and wider automotive market.
Essential Requirements*Current or previous Automotive OEM experience is essential.
*Minimum 8 years’ automotive industry experience.
*Strong dealer network management and retailer performance experience gained within an OEM environment.
*Established relationships with dealer groups and franchise retailers highly desirable.
*Demonstrable success delivering sales growth and commercial objectives across a territory or region.
*Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
*Degree educated or equivalent professional experience.
*Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
