This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator, Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant looking to develop their administration skills within a professional office environment. The role offers a varied workload, supporting day-to-day office operations, maintaining accurate records and providing general administrative support.
Key Duties*Carry out a variety of general office administration duties.
*Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word on a daily basis.
*Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
*Update and maintain accurate records and documentation.
*Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
*Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements*Previous experience in an Administrator, Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant or similar office-based role.
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Reliable with the ability to work independently and manage your workload.
*Good communication skills and a professional approach.
