This is an exciting opportunity to join the Client Experience team, a central, client-facing function responsible for driving strategy, performance and relationships across key accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading on campaign strategy and delivery across a broad range of channels.

Description
*Manage the day-to-day running of client accounts, ensuring activity aligns to objectives and delivers measurable results
*Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
*Lead client meetings and presentations, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights
*Translate client briefs into effective multi-channel marketing strategies
*Collaborate with internal specialists across:*Paid Search
*Paid Social (Meta)
*SEO
*Programmatic
*Oversee campaign performance, ensuring high-quality delivery across digital and offline channels
*Identify growth opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell across services
*Use data, insights and market trends to optimise performance and challenge thinking
*Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
Profile
Essential:
*Experience managing client relationships within a marketing or media environment
*Strong understanding of performance marketing and multi-channel campaigns
*Confident leading client meetings and presenting strategic recommendations
*Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:*Experience working within a media or digital agency
*Exposure to property, B2C or automotive sectors
*Experience with acquisition-led campaigns (rather than CRM-focused)
*Knowledge of third-party platforms such as property portals or affiliates
Job Offer
