Role Brief
We’re hiring for an experienced Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager to drive the successful delivery of a large-scale data programme within a leading Asset Management environment.
The role is ideal for someone with a strong track record of overseeing Data Engineering and Data Analysis teams whilst also managing complex delivery roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data programme within an Asset Management environment
*Coordinate cross-functional teams across Data, Technology, and Business functions
*Support and oversee Data Engineering and Data Analytics teams, ensuring priorities are aligned to programme objectives
Candidate Requirements
*Proven experience delivering large-scale data focused programmes within Asset Management
*Experience leading and coordinating Data Engineering and Analytic teams
*Strong understanding of back and middle office data and associated business processes
*Extensive experience working in Agile environments, including hands-on use of Jira and delivery reporting
Desirable Experience
*Experience working with BlackRock Aladdin and associated data, workflows, and integrations
