We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent estate agency specialising in residential lettings and property management across North and North West London. They pride themselves on delivering a professional, knowledgeable and personal service to both landlords and tenants, and they’re now looking to bring a motivated Lettings Negotiator into their growing team.

What you’ll be doing:
*Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Matching applicants with suitable properties
*Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
*Progressing agreed lets through to move-in
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Generating new business opportunities and landlord instructions
*Following up on enquiries from property portals, phone calls and email
*Keeping accurate records on the CRM system
*Supporting marketing of available properties
*Staying up to date with lettings legislation and industry best practice
*Working towards individual and team targets
What we’re looking for:
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Strong organisational and time management abilities
*A professional, confident manner
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
*Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Desirable:
*Previous experience in residential lettings, estate agency, property management or sales
*Knowledge of the North/North West London property market
*Understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance
