Our client is recruiting multiple sales advisors to support customers with their utility bills through outbound calls where being target driven is not a want but a necessity.

Benefits and Package for a Sales Advisor:
*Salary: £27,976 Plus Uncapped Commission
*Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-6pm 1 in every 4 Saturdays (9am-5pm)
*Contract Type: Permanent
*Location: Newcastle

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor:
*Make outbound calls to customers regarding their utility bills
*Generate and convert sales leads through proactive outreach and effective engagement
*Build strong customer relationships
*Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives
*Spot up-selling and cross-selling opportunities in every interaction
*Prepare accurate information and manage your own pipeline
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Advisor:
We care more about attitude and potential than previous sales experience.
*Target Driven - Motivated to work towards targets and KPI’s
*Resilient - Bounce back from tough days and calls to focus on the next call and sale
*Coachable - They are committed to their people and are passionate about making you more successful
*Organised - Admin skills to manage pipeline, create deals and responding to emails
*Autonomous - Manage your own workload and carry out tasks independently
